Filing Requirements:

1. Power of Attorney, simply signed, stating title of signatory.

2. 2 copies of the representations of the design.

3. Description of each representation in English and Arabic.

4. Copy of priority document, if priority is claimed, certified.

* Items 1, 2, and 3 must be submitted at the time of filing.

* Document 4 may be submitted within 3 months from filing date.

Renewal:

For one additional term of 25 years. There is a 3-month grace period for late payment with a surcharge.

Duration:

25 years from filing date.

Examination:

As to form only.

Applications With Multiple Figures:

Admissible up to 100 figures.
