2. 3 representations of the design.

3. Copy of certificate of incorporation of the applicant company, certified.

4. An abstract of the design for publication in the Official Gazette.

5. Deed of assignment, notarized.

6. Copy of priority document, if priority is claimed, certified.

* Items 2 and 4 must be submitted at the time of filing.

* All remaining documents may be submitted within 2 months from filing date.

Renewal:

Not possible.

Duration:

15 years from filing date.

As to form and novelty.
